November 12, 2024: The History of Skiing in the Valley, presented by Tom Eastman & Jeff Leich

Tom Eastman, local reporting legend, and Jeff Leich, director emeritus of the New England Ski Museum, bring their talk on ski history in the area to CHS. Featuring topics such as Black Mountain, Carroll Reed, The Whitney’s, Cranmore Mountain and Hannes Schneider. The perfect program for the end of the season, as the valley gears up for ski season.

Behind the Veil: Death Culture in New England 1621-1901, from October 8, was our best attended program this season! Unfortunately, we do not have plans to give the program again before the end of the spooky season. We hope to have a similar program next October.
